San Francisco: renovation in the Richmond District.
This project renovated a building which formerly had 3 flats, and combined them into a single-family home, The new central stair runs throughout the house, connecting the family room/study (1st floor), living areas (2nd floor) and bedrooms (3rd floor). Completed in 2000 on a budget of $300,000.
